Location:
Salem, NH
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 6:0 AM - 3:30 PM

This position is ideal for candidates with PCB assembly, soldering, and electronics manufacturing experience who take pride in producing high-quality work.
Job Duties- Perform hand soldering of SMT and through-hole components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
- Complete assembly, rework, repair, and modification of electronic components
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or non-conforming assemblies
- Troubleshoot and correct soldering and assembly issues
- Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous hand soldering and electronics assembly experience required
- Experience working with PCBAs, SMT, and through-hole components preferred
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
