RN/LPN Nights – Benchmark Senior Living

Join us at Greystone Farm in Salem as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN). This full‑time or part‑time night position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can positively impact residents' lives.

Full Time & Part Time Night Opportunities

$32.25–$38.25/HR

As an LPN or RN, your main role is to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home‑like environment. You will work alongside dedicated colleagues, build lasting relationships with residents and teammates, and contribute to a vibrant community.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
  • Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director per state regulations.
  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
  • Mentor, guide, and direct the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
  • Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
  • Recognize and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation and report to appropriate sources per state regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response systems; know when to call for backup.
Requirements
  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable.
