Join American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as an Aerie – Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) in Salem, NH. This part‑time role brings the Aerie brand to life and shapes every guest’s in‑store experience.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AEO & Aerie product details and suggest fit‑to‑needs options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as required.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and uphold AEO policies & procedures.

• Strong people‑person skills and a passion for retail.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail and at least 18 years of age.
