Compensation: $21.00 per hour (rate depends on location, experience, skill and education). Eligible for monthly bonus. • Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop other team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role
• Excellent communication skills with customers and associates via in‑person, e‑mail, and telephone
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, or twist, and to safely climb up/down a ladder
• Willingness to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to the attendance policy is necessary
