About the Role:

The Parts Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and equipment to customers and service departments within the retail trade industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deliveries using light trucks, adhering strictly to safety and operational protocols. This role requires a dependable individual who can navigate various routes and maintain communication with the parts counter and service teams to facilitate seamless parts availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for operating light trucks.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of parts and equipment handling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with one-stop sales environments and parts counter operations.
• Understanding of service and body shop capabilities to better coordinate parts delivery.
• Customer service experience in a retail or parts distribution setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate light trucks to deliver aftermarket parts and equipment to customers and internal departments promptly and safely.
• Coordinate with the parts counter and service to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Follow detailed instructions and delivery routes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading parts, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining delivery documentation.
• Support the sales, leasing, and rental teams by facilitating the timely distribution of parts and equipment necessary for their operations.
