As a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing inventory accuracy and ensuring the seamless movement of goods. You will utilize your expertise in material handling and data systems to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet critical shipping deadlines.

You will utilize your expertise in material handling and data systems to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet critical shipping deadlines.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure high inventory integrity.
- Efficiently pick and stage customer orders to maintain rapid fulfillment cycles.
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to keep records precise.
- Operate heavy lifting equipment, such as reach trucks and forklifts, to move materials safely.
- Process incoming freight and returns by logging data accurately into our management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free facility to support operational excellence.
- Resolve freight claims and respond to internal queues to keep logistics workflows moving.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Certification and proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and unit measurement.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse data entry software.
- Physical capability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory control best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex procedure manuals and work instructions.
