Business Office Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the community, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other human resources related duties.
  • Track community accounting changes, prepare and record all invoices for the community, assist with new hire documentation, and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing, and other files.
  • Email and paperwork coordination with community related financial, operations, marketing, and HR staff.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two‑year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one to two years of related experience or training.

Additional Details

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
