Brookdale Salem is hiring an Executive Director to join their team. A Senior Living Community specializing in Assisted Living.
As Executive Director at Brookdale, you will lead the overall operation of the community to provide the highest quality of care and services for residents. You will proactively build relationships with residents, families, and vendors to coordinate exceptional personalized care. You will mentor and engage associates, collaborate with community leadership, and drive resident and family satisfaction. Base pay range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required. Additional years of experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Must have a valid administrator license in states where required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
Uses analytic skills and understanding of the organization to handle problems and issues. Demonstrates leadership to direct and evaluate resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Supervises according to Company policies and applicable laws.
Knowledge and Skills- Knowledge of the organization, industry, and functional disciplines.

Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the community, including associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and execute the business plan; develop the team to deliver high-quality resident experiences and care; grow revenue and profitability with district partnership. Work with sales to drive occupancy results.
- Build an inclusive community culture and ensure appropriate staffing levels in accordance with legal requirements.
