Our facility in Salem, OH, 44460, is looking for a talented CNC Machinist to contribute to our manufacturing operations. You will leverage your technical skills to manufacture precise components, making you a vital member of our production team. If you possess a strong dedication to machining excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities- Configure and run CNC machinery to manufacture components that meet exact design requirements.
- Analyze and translate technical schematics, CAD files, and blueprints.
- Oversee machine performance and perform necessary tweaks to uphold our high-quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues to keep production running smoothly.
- Work alongside colleagues to streamline workflows and boost overall shop productivity.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all quality and safety protocols.
- Record production metrics and keep precise logs of all completed tasks.
- Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in machining is preferred.
- Demonstrated history of success in a CNC Machining or comparable position.
- Expertise in deciphering and applying information from technical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of CNC programming syntax, such as G-code.
- Competence in handling a wide range of machining tools and hardware.
- A focus on precision and a dedication to delivering superior craftsmanship.
- Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group in a high-speed setting.
