Are you comfortable jumping between mills, lathes, and Swiss turning as production demands shift?

What you'll doSet up and operate CNC machines to meet exacting specifications and deadlines.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files to plan tool paths and machining sequences.

Monitor cycles and make data‑driven adjustments to preserve accuracy and surface finish.

Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Collaborate with peers to optimize processes, shorten cycle times, and boost efficiency.

Adhere to safety and quality standards at every step of the machining process.

Document all production details and maintain precise records of completed work.

What it takes

High school diploma/equivalent; additional machining education or certification is a plus.

Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Working knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G‑code).Familiarity with a variety of machine tools and shop equipment.

Sharp attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Comfort operating both independently and in a fast‑moving team setting.
