Provide strategic leadership for the tax department, develop business opportunities, mentor managers, and ensure delivery of exceptional client service.

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for diverse clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
• Review various tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.).
• Oversee project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic insights.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support firm growth.
• Support financial statement exposure and financial reporting needs.
