Duties Lead various audit and assurance projects for governmental bodies, such as cities, counties, special districts, and schools.

Act as the main contact between clients, project teams, and firm leadership.

Oversee project planning, team allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.

Examine audit documentation, reports, and financial statements for accuracy and adherence to standards.

Guide and mentor staff members, providing technical support and leadership.

Cultivate and nurture strong client connections.

Engage in new business pursuits to help advance the firm's Government and Non-Profit services.

Requirements Must hold an active CPA license.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
10+ years of public accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities at Senior Manager level or higher.

Extensive background in auditing government entities.

Familiarity with Yellow Book (GAGAS), GAAS, and Uniform Guidance.

Previous involvement with Single Audits and Non-Profit entities is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business growth.
