This position will remain open until January 16th, 2025. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver top-tier, confidential administrative support within the Chief Medical Office Administration. This role involves active participation in management team meetings, contributing to decisions on highly sensitive issues. The ideal candidate will excel in communication with diverse stakeholders, adeptly juggle multiple priorities, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks.

What you will do!

In this dynamic role, you will provide executive support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO). Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars and task lists, facilitating meetings with meticulous agenda preparation and detailed minute-taking, and crafting polished emails, memos, letters, reports, and forms. Additionally, you will oversee the organization of files and Microsoft Teams spaces, coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries and accommodations, and ensure the efficient distribution of products and printed materials.

One year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience.
