Our team is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-focused Service Coordinator. This position is a perfect fit for an individual who thrives on managing schedules, assisting clients, performing administrative duties, and ensuring our daily business functions operate without interruption.

• Act as the primary contact for all incoming client service needs and questions.
• Manage incoming telephone traffic and electronic correspondence.
• Oversee the lifecycle of service requests from initial entry to final resolution.
• Optimize field operations by assigning and scheduling our technical staff.
• Provide clients with proactive updates regarding their service status and project timelines.
• Ensure all service tickets are resolved promptly by monitoring open requests.
• Keep our internal databases and service logs updated with precise information.
• Manage essential office tasks such as processing mail, handling shipments, and greeting visitors.
• Provide administrative assistance to the team regarding sales estimates and scheduling.
• Contribute to a welcoming and efficient workplace atmosphere for all staff and guests.

• A minimum of two years in a comparable role is preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
• Show proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer software.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while handling phone calls and client interactions.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate high accuracy in data entry and follow‑up procedures.
• Be physically capable of lifting 35 lbs. and moving up to 50 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Be available for occasional work during evenings or weekends as needed.
