We are a high volume shop located in the heart of the Willamette Valley.

Wage to be discussed in interview - will vary depending upon experience

• Greets customers in a timely and professional manner and begins gathering vehicle information.
• Perform vehicle walk around with customer and note any damage to vehicle before taking it into the service department.
• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Prepares repair orders that show breakdown of recommended services, including time, cost and labor estimates for service work.
• Provides complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts and labor.
• Works with dispatch to establish promised time and follows repair progress throughout the day, informing customers of any changes to promise time.
• Explains work performed and repair order charges to the customer, gains customer authorization prior to work performed.
• Writes brief description of customer concern(s) on repair order that can be easily understood by the technician, helping them to locate problems.
• Handles customer complaints.

• Previous experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics necessary.
• Must have great customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Must be highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to build customer rapport and establish trust.
• Ability to work with customers, technicians and sales staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
