The Business Analyst will support the client’s Emergency Response Unit by analyzing current processes, mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and documenting both current and future state operations.

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
• Develop clear workflow maps and process documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and identify inefficiencies.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for process optimization.
• Provide regular status updates to project leadership.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with workflow mapping and process documentation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Process analysis report.

• Final future-state process documentation and requirements.

Experience:

Advanced 7-9 years Documentation, requirements gathering, workflow modeling, meeting facilitation
