Position Highlights

In this role you will work with Judicial Support Supervisors to develop and document business processes and deliver training across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and document business processes, including mapping and continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver training modules on court business processes, courtroom technology, and online publications.
  • Maintain online libraries of training materials, track training logs, and provide status reports.
  • Assist supervisors in analyzing statewide processes and legislation to identify training needs.
  • Develop, test, and implement revised or new business processes.
  • Coordinate moderately complex projects with plans, milestone tracking, and resource analysis.
  • Provide administrative support: onboarding, system accounts, distribution lists, membership management, publication subscriptions, travel reimbursement tracking.
  • Serve as backup ADA Coordinator.
  • Adapt tasks as needed to accommodate workload and organizational priorities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees and manage related administrative tasks.
  • Track travel reimbursements and report requests to the Trial Court Administrator.
  • Respond to complex queries about publications and online services.
Required Application Materials

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, court administration, public administration, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional‑level experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling six (6) years.
  • Professional‑level experience includes independent judgment, specialized knowledge, data analysis, interaction with diverse individuals, and accountability for results.

  • Expertise in business process analysis, including mapping, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Judgment in determining compliance with laws, policies, and standards and making recommendations.
  • Experience adapting or developing related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and delivering educational materials to adult learners across in‑person, online, and asynchronous formats.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability to changes in work expectations, processes, and technology.
Working Conditions
  • Full‑time position, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday; overtime eligible.
  • Occasional early‑morning, evening, weekend, or holiday work.
  • Regular in‑town travel and infrequent statewide travel, including overnight stays.
  • Contacts with frustrated or angry individuals in high‑stress situations; exposure to hostile litigants and high‑risk inmates.
  • Long periods of sitting or standing while working at a computer.
  • Use of telephone, multi‑monitor computer, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.
