Assistant Project Manager

- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation: write, log, send, and track RFI’s, change orders, plan sets, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals, permits, daily logs, etc.
- Support field personnel by ensuring they have the appropriate tools, materials, and documentation to complete the project.
- Collaborate with the purchasing agent to procure project equipment and materials per the project schedule.
- Track and communicate material deliveries with the field.
- Facilitate site logistics—including connections, water, heavy equipment, safety, access, parking, etc.
- Review and price project documents for changes such as ASI’s per contract documents and timelines.
- Ensure all safety and environmental policies of the company and project owners are followed by all project personnel.
- Coordinate constructability and compatibility with other trades and building systems.
- Two years of Assistant Project Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required; working knowledge of SharePoint, Viewpoint, and Procore is preferred.
- Entry‑level construction knowledge (technology, equipment, materials, means and methods, etc.).
- Basic proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on‑site effectively.
