Role includes supporting and assisting Wealth Advisors and other staff for the efficient functioning of the firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative and operational client service support to assist the business activities of the Client Service Manager(s) and Wealth Advisor(s).
  • Assist CSM and Wealth Advisor(s) by establishing new accounts and processing various financial transactions for new or existing clients.
  • Perform various administrative functions for the Wealth Advisor(s), CSM, Clients, and/or other branch staff including, but not limited to, handling telephone calls, requests for research reports, requests for account information and services and researching account problem.
  • Act as client liaison with outside company such as Fidelity Investments, Envestnet, broker dealers, mutual fund, and annuity companies.
  • Maintain client relationship management systems: establish new contact records, maintain existing records, and schedule regular client contact activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and leadership skills are required in order to work effectively with all levels in an organization and in a variety of industries.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple on-going projects are required to assure service and product credibility and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
  • Typically requires reliable transportation.
PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS
  • Includes lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, bending, and keying/typing.
  • Occasionally lift between 1–25 lbs.
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, and bending.
  • Mental/Visual Demand:
    Continuous attention to detail; work may be repetitive or diversified requiring constant alertness.
  • Working Conditions:

    Typically performed under very comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
