• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Accurately document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to orders, accounts, products, or services
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed
• Provide product/service information and recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, etc.)
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant internal teams to improve processes and the customer experience
• Adhere to company policies, privacy standards, and quality guidelines
