• Diagnose and present comprehensive pediatric dental treatment plans using accepted clinical and radiological techniques
• Provide high‑quality dental care to children in a compassionate and engaging manner
• Refer to dental specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and patient‑centered clinical environment
• Ensure strict compliance with all State, Federal, and practice regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, etc.)

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Oregon Nitrous Oxide Permit
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
• Strong passion for working with children and families
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and communication
