Position SummaryThis position provides analytical support for the financial positioning and future growth of assigned area/region. This position leads in the development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans, reporting and key performance indicators to achieve overall system and entity strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the administration of the Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries.
- Responsible for physician compensation and shift reporting (biweekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annually).
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including:
Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Corporate Compliance, and other partners, as needed. - Setup provider demographics, plan summaries and compensation in the new Simpliphy provider compensation software.
- Maintain the current manual provider compensation and shift reports to reconcile against Simpliphy balances.
- Acts as a resource for physicians and medical group management regarding provider productivity, physician compensation and other physician related needs pertaining to the Hospitalist and Intensivist specialties.
- Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects and use of sophisticated software programs.
- Preferred:
Previous supervisory/team leadership experience. - Preferred:
Master of Business Administration (MBA). - Preferred:
Experience in healthcare financial management.
