POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join our experienced team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate is passionate about interventional pain management and committed to delivering high-quality care using state-of-the-art techniques and technologies. You will work closely with advanced practice providers in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of chronic and acute pain conditions.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Conduct comprehensive pain assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures such as:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint injections
- Radio frequency ablation
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulation trials and implants
- Administer advanced regenerative medicine therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow concentrate (BMC) injections under ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance
- Interpret and oversee electrodiagnostic testing performed by a certified nerve conduction technologist
- Collaborate with physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and referring physicians to provide integrated care
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedural care, and lifestyle modifications for pain management
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinical innovation initiatives within the practice

- Training and experience in Interventional Pain Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Board certification in Pain Medicine or related field
- Experience with minimally invasive procedures for pain relief
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
