Salem Clinic in Oregon is seeking a BC/BE physician for a full-time clinic role. The position offers a guaranteed salary based on 17 shifts per month, with eligibility for quarterly production bonuses. The clinic operates 7 days a week, with hours Mon–Fri 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Sat-Sun 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No hospital privileges are required and there is no hospital call;
admissions are handled by on-call providers. Excellent benefits.
