Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000/year plus paid training

Position SummaryAs a Solar Panel Installer, you must be a hard worker ready to help with the installation of solar systems. You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. The most important feature of a good solar installer is being someone willing to learn, and motivated. Someone wanting to make a difference while providing world-class customer service skills.

- Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
- Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation
- Document completion of quality installation
- Compliance with OSHA standards
- MUST have active LRT License for state of Oregon.
- Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
- Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required
- Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
