The Pipelines and Pump stations Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring mid-sized and large water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include leading engineering and process design, project coordination, client relations, and team mentorship.

• Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, and specification writing.
• Establish and maintain client relations, lead marketing and meetings.
• Conduct design sessions, coordinate staffing, and ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee QA/QC procedures.
• Mentor less experienced staff and participate in recruitment.
• Serve as client manager within the Oregon region.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater systems planning and design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong technical background in water distribution systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Micro Station, and hydraulic modeling software.
• Project engineering and management experience.

Preferred:

• MS degree.
• Minimum 6 years designing water and wastewater projects.
• Experience with clients in Oregon and/or Washington.
