We’re seeking a Structural Design Engineer to support the design and analysis of towers, tanks, and structural systems within the telecommunications and industrial sectors. This position involves performing detailed calculations, developing steel analysis models, and preparing engineering documentation that ensures stability, safety, and performance under various conditions. The ideal candidate is detail‑driven, collaborative, and passionate about delivering technically sound, code‑compliant structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Perform structural analysis and design for telecommunications towers, tank foundations, and steel structures.
- Develop and review base and anchorage calculations to ensure design integrity and safety compliance.
- Prepare and check detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and technical reports.
- Conduct RISA modeling and analysis to optimize structural performance and material use.
- Collaborate with engineering, drafting, and project management teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency in RISA or equivalent structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of steel design principles, load calculations, and industry codes.
- Experience designing telecommunications or industrial facilities preferred.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate results within schedule constraints.
