** Provides clear direction, mentorship, and accountability within finance teams while working closely with program leaders and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and shared organizational goals.

** Quickly adapts to new financial, reporting, and enterprise systems while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve data quality and usability.

** Proactively analyzes financial data, internal controls, and operational processes to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and strengthen overall organizational resilience.
* ** Communicates complex financial concepts in a clear, actionable way:
** Translates detailed financial information into concise, understandable insights that support leadership, staff, and stakeholders in making informed and timely decisions.
