• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re‑assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client and family members.
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state where you practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• At least one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods; physical tasks may include pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, positioning.

Salary Range: USD $50.00 – $55.00 / Hour
