RN – Part Time (The Springs Living, LLC)

The Springs at Lancaster Village – The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical support to the Director of Health Services and the broader Health Services team in an assisted living setting.

Schedule: 1 day per week, schedule to be discussed based on your availability.

• Support the Director of Health Services with clinical oversight and nursing tasks.
• Assist with resident assessments, care coordination, and follow‑up.
• Provide professional nursing care and guidance in an assisted living environment.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and medication staff.
• Support compliance with state regulations and The Springs Living standards.
• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure high‑quality resident care.

• Current Oregon RN license.
• Experience in assisted living or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, flexible, and supportive approach.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with leadership.

• Meaningful work supporting residents and the Health Services leadership team.
