The Springs at Lancaster Village is hiring experienced Medication Technicians to join our assisted living community. If you’re passionate about senior care and have professional experience administering medications to multiple residents, we’d love to meet you.

• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Measure and record vital signs and weight
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
