At our Eating Disorder Center of Eugene, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their healthiest selves and transform their lives. We are seeking a full‑time Lead Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate and skilled multidisciplinary team.
The Eating Disorder Center of Eugene, along with Monte Nido Rain Rock, specializes in residential and day treatment programs for adults recovering from various eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our programs emphasize evidence‑based care, complete bodily wellness, and emotional healing in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
Schedule- Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week
- Possible evening shift once a week for meal support
- Competitive salary ranging from $70K - $100K/year
- Generous relocation assistance of up to $10,000 to help you settle in Oregon
- Full coverage of Oregon licensing fees for eligible candidates
- A supportive clinical team that prioritizes client‑centered care
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy aligned with personalized treatment plans
- Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to uphold continuity of care
- Engage with insurance companies for pre‑certification and utilization review
- Collaborate on discharge and aftercare planning
- Provide therapeutic meal support

- Must hold a valid license (LCSW, LICSW, CSWA, LMFT, LPC, QMHP, or LMSW)
- State license (or license‑eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., CSWA, QMHP, LMSW)
- Prior experience with eating disorder treatments preferred
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices is required
