Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS)/Audiologist –
Salem, Oregon.

Salary Potential:
Minimum $75,000-$100,000 within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

• Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
• Professional Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Patient Education & Community Involvement: Demonstrate a passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and actively engage in community outreach.

  Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Current licensure to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Oregon OR Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree with qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments (Preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, complemented by a values-driven approach.
