Physical Therapist – $55/hr – Salem, OR – In-Person – School Year Contract

Position Overview:

Amergis is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to K–12 students. This role includes performing evaluations, delivering therapy per individualized plans, and training staff on assisting students with physical needs.

  Salem, OR (floating between schools, mileage reimbursed)

• Start Date:
  
  March 9, 2026

• End Date:
  December 2026 (summer off)

• Schedule:
  
  4 days/week (.75 FTE), flexible days

• Hours:
  
  ~30/week | 30-min unpaid lunch

• Caseload: ~20 students

• Pay: $55/hr

• Modality:
  In-person only

• Perform student evaluations and provide therapy services per plan of care

• Document therapy sessions and progress

• Train staff on assisting students with physical needs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Current Oregon PT license

• Graduate of accredited PT program

• 1+ year experience preferred

• CPR, TB screening, health certificate if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
