Senior Health Services Director: Nursing & Memory Care Lead

The Springs Living seeks a compassionate Director of Health Services to lead our health services across Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will guide clinical practices, oversee resident care, and support the care team while ensuring compliant, high-quality, person-centered services.

You will oversee assessments, physician orders, and nursing care, while developing staff, coordinating with families and physicians, and maintaining resident service plans. We value integrity and collaboration.
