FOX Rehabilitation in Salem, OR is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide one-on-one, in-home care within our Geriatric House Calls model. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans.
You’ll help older adults rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence, document visits, and grow your clinical career in a supportive, team-based environment with mentorship and flexible scheduling.
