• Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related area; AND
• Four years of responsible technical experience in enterprise infrastructure related discipline, including two years of lead worker experience; OR
• Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by the client.

An IT Administrator Senior will provide enterprise support; plan, design, maintain, and implement services within a specified technical discipline. Assist and support IT employees to resolve technology development and integration issues and accommodate growth and expansion. Ensure adherence of performance, security, and operations requirements of specific assigned systems. Function as the technical expert and project lead over assigned systems, employees, and teams.

Technical disciplines:

• Network Administration - Responsible for the county's local (LAN) and wide (WAN) area networks. Large local area networks with multiple files, application, print servers, routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and wireless devices. Coordinate and perform installations of internet work connections, connections to host computers, and other related network communications.
• Systems Administration - Responsible for enterprise servers, storage, authentication, cloud services, enterprise operating systems, computer systems security, all related enterprise computing hardware infrastructure, administration, and configuration. Large servers, virtual hosts, virtual servers, enterprise storage systems, directory services for identity and access management, and enterprise cloud services.
