Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
Harness passion for building complex platforms scaling multiple orders of magnitude.
Provide hands‑on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation phases.
Manage cross‑functional infrastructure software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas to drive product decisions aligned with higher company initiatives.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals.
Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans and ensure on‑time delivery.
Establish working relations with partners maximizing team members' potential, providing day‑to‑day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks to drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Telecommute from anywhere in the US is permitted.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate work experience in a computer‑related occupation.
Requires five years of experience in the following:
- Data governance, data quality, data mapping, monitoring, or Six Sigma
- Working with technical management teams
- Programming Languages (Java, Python, C++, and SQL)
- Operating Systems (Android, Linux, and Unix)
- Tools and Frameworks (Android SDK, Android UI Automaton, and Android Instrumentation)
$285,809/year to $308,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits
