Klamath County Circuit Court in the 13th Judicial District within the Oregon Judicial Department is hiring a Law Clerk for a fall start date. - Hourly equivalent rate for Law Clerk: $39.64 – $45.88; annual salary range: $82,440 – $95,436 (before PERS).

As a Law ClerkThe court’s law clerk provides legal research and drafts various legal documents for five judges in Klamath County and one judge in Lake County. Duties also include serving as the court’s Probate Commissioner, supporting the Probate Judge, acting as lead mediator in all Landlord/Tenant matters, and assisting with family law facilitation.
