We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
Responsibilities- Managing complex litigation and providing proactive risk‑mitigation counseling.
- Assisting in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes.
- Representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
- Continuously expanding legal expertise as the industry evolves.
- COVID‑19 vaccination is a requirement.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
