In-House Attorney

Position Overview

Epic is seeking an in‑house attorney to support its growth and expansion into new global markets. The role is based at our Madison, WI campus and includes negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide, forging vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with US and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation.

• Negotiate license and service agreements with healthcare partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Oversee compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Manage litigation and other legal matters as they arise.
• Collaborate across functional teams to support Epic’s rapidريح growth.

• Strong academic and professional background in law.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn prominence about intellectual property, privacy, corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
