Service Master is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead mitigation jobs from initial customer contact through final completion—delivering exceptional service while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

• Confident closer with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects profitably.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and estimating software.
li>Restoration, construction, or insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Committed to continued training, certifications, and professional development.

• Base Salary + Strong Monthly Commission
