Mitigation Manager (Multi-Site) SERVPRO

Manchester NH and Salem MA On-site Regular travel between locations

Full-Time

Monday Friday (core hours) After-hours / on-call rotation leadership

Base : $

Bonus : Up to 20% based on KPM performance

Lead mitigation operations for SERVPRO across our Manchester NH and Salem MA locations. Youll manage Project Managers Crew Chiefs Technicians and our Facility Supervisor driving speed quality safety and customer satisfaction for water fire and mold mitigation.

• People :
  Hire coach and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events.
• Operations :
  Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures.
• Scheduling / Dispatch :
  Align crews / equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response.
• Financials :
  Own job gross margin labor / equipment utilization materials and billing readiness .
• Quality / Compliance : IICRC / OSHA / Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture.
• Customers / Carriers :
  Proactive communication with property owners adjusters and program partners. Drive 5-star Google reviews.

• 5 years restoration mitigation experience and 2 years leading PMs / field teams.
• IICRC WRT required ; ASD preferred (FSRT / AMRT a plus).
• Xactimate proficiency (scope sketch line items documentation).
• Valid drivers license; able to travel between NH and MA.

• Predictable schedules; cycle time down and WIP clean. Stable and adequate production staff capacity.
• Gross margin at target; rework minimized.
• Documentation (logs photos signatures) billing-ready within 48 hours of completion.
• Safety / compliance incidents : zero . Facilities organized neat and all equipment / vehicles operational
