Resident District Manager

Our client is seeking to add a Resident District Manager to their team. The Resident District Manager is responsible for the overall growth strategy, community engagement activities, and team‑building plans.

What You Bring
  • Strong employee engagement leadership skills and prior supervisory experience
  • Culinary production experience with a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, professional communication skills, and a passion for high‑level customer service
  • Task prioritization and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC); proficiency in computer skills and report management (internal use only)
  • Valid driver’s license required
Position Summary

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, overseeing unit management performance—including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability, conformance with company policies and procedures, and staff training and development. Acts as the liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience
