As Director, Salem Health Medical Group Administration, you will serve as a strategic partner to providers, clinic leaders, and executive stakeholders, helping advance quality, standardization, and operational excellence across a growing network of practices. You will be at the center of initiatives that improve clinical workflows, enhance patient care, support provider success, and prepare practices for continued growth and regulatory readiness.

Success in this role requires someone who can quickly assess challenges, build strong relationships, influence through collaborative partnership, and move initiatives from concept to implementation.
