This is a full-time on-site role for a Bindery Operator at Eagle Web Press, located in Salem, OR. The Bindery Operator will be responsible for operating bindery equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials, and performing quality checks throughout the production process. The role includes maintaining and troubleshooting bindery and related machinery and adhering to production deadlines and safety protocols.

• Experience with Bindery operations and the setup and maintenance of related equipment
• Knowledge of Print Production and Printing processes
• Familiarity with Printer Support and operation
• Understanding of Inkjet machinery and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting and moving materials
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous experience in a printing or publishing environment is a plus
