We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team who will assist in manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse logistics for the production of quality components that meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.

• Operate hand tools.
• Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects.
• Take and follow verbal directions.
• Stand for a long period of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Drive forklift.
• Read tape measure.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• All Warehouse Associate employees may be required to assist in other departments on an occasional basis.

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic math skills
• Written communication skills
• 3-6 months manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house)

Salem, OR | Salary: $66,431.00 - $73,979.00
