OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING! Position: CNC Mill or Lathe Operator

Location:

Clackamas, OR Pay: $23–$30 +/hr DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re partnering with a small, family‑owned metal manufacturing job shop that’s been proudly operating in Clackamas. They’re a close-knit team looking for a driven CNC operator to join their growing family! They’re looking for the right person. • Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC lathes
• Work in a fast‑paced job shop environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure top‑quality production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross‑train on equipment and continue developing your skills
• Preferably 2+ years of experience, but if you’re earlier in your career and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

• 4‑day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM)
