WHO WE ARE
Roll Ops is building the Operating System for Combat Sports Gyms. From garage gyms to world-class academies, we’re helping martial arts gyms grow, manage, and retain students — without clunky fitness software pretending to understand our world.

We’re live in beta, targeting our first gym partners in Oregon, and we’re looking for a scrappy, BJJ-literate content killer to lead our social media and storytelling efforts.

Who You Are

• You live and breathe combat sports culture — preferably with BJJ mat time under your belt.

• Ideally located near Salem, OR (or surrounding areas) — we’ll prioritize local talent so we can shoot content, build presence, and embed at the first gyms together.

• Remote applicants still welcome — if you're the one, we’ll make it work. But you must be willing to travel occasionally for key promotional shoots, gym days, and brand content ops.

• You’ve built followings. You’ve run campaigns. You’re not afraid to experiment.

• You're comfortable with an equity-only role for now, and hungry to grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Own our social media presence (IG, Tik Tok, YT Shorts, X, etc.)

• Create engaging content at gyms, tournaments, and behind-the-scenes

• Launch our content playbook from scratch and help us shape the voice of the brand

• Help document our early gym partnerships in Oregon and beyond

• Build a community of gym owners, coaches, and athletes who see Roll Ops as part of their DNA
