The PositionAs a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager
, you will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and work out of one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule.
- Lead a team of individual contributors to develop and execute customer marketing strategies that drive engagement and loyalty in key verticals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer‑focused sales enablement materials.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for data‑driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 – $178,000. Salary information serves as a guideline; final offers consider various factors.
